Student Criteria:
- Children of Filipinos in need of Bata Subdivision and La Castellana
- Students who want to better themselves through career advancements;
- Students who can show past and present proof of scholastic standing at the end of first semester.
Process and Timeline:
- Deadline for applications and required documents is March 30th of any given year;
- Two letters of recommendation from a teacher/school official and a person other than relatives who has known the candidate for at least two years;
- Submit an essay of up to two hundred words about their aspirations and what education means to them;
- The amount awarded will be individually determined by the foundation.
Selection criteria:
The Foundation will grant educational funding so Filipinos in need can achieve dignity through opportunity. We would like to see applications from students determined to excel in academic achievement, personal potential, and moral responsibilities.
Termination of funding is at the Foundation’s discretion and includes, but is not limited to, student failure, without good cause to submit any required reports, evidence of false information on any reports, evidence of crimes committed or substance abuse by a student while receiving funding.
